Finally investors have started calling us

It is been quite long running tBits at our own. Today we got call from investors. They want to invest in us. Let us see how it goes we have a meeting on Monday.

Just yesterday i was having a chat with 1 of my college friends. He is working in a manufacturing firm. Its turnover is somewhere around 40 crores. But the IT penetration is absolutely minimal. As a result, most of the issues are not tracked well. People are clueless as to what’s goin on. Nor do they know who is the concerned person who would be taking the action. As a result its a total fiasco.

I then explained him about tBits. I made him understand that tBits manages all the internal communication, which is the most essential part of any organisation. It brings about transparency, increases accountability, sets the work flow etc. In short it practically changes the way you work. It drastically increses productivity which in turn cuts costs and increases revenues. Companies like Slumberger have saved millions of dollars by implementing such a system. My friend was just not ready to believe it. Only when i showed hima demo did he believe it. Well we have fixed up a meeting with their general manger(operations). So lets c how thngs go ahead from here…

Now the time has come that we start installing tBits in the department’s server. But they already have few players to take care of their hardware as well as software requirements. Like they have players like HCL and TCS taking care of their requriements. The most funny part is that whenever we have tried to access their servers we have always met stiff resistance from them. They always try to come up with some lame excuses so that we can either postpone it or do it at a later point of time. It might  probably be because they might be feeling insecure that when another player enters the premises there is always a danger of them loosing the account or worst they being exposed. But the fact is that they are genuinely not doing a good job. The people there are simply not competent enough to manage the entire set up. They provide extremely sloppy service to the department. The worst part is that those guys never attempt to learn anything new or update their knowledge. Even when we suggest them a few things they ignore it inspite of the fact that it will benifit them tremendously. But we are happy beacuse of their behaviour, primarily beacuse it reiterates that we are a lot better than they are. And the fact that they resist our entry makes us believe that atleast in this account we can take on them!! So its just a plain message to the biggies, ‘We are coming’!!!!!
