Had a meeting with a prestigious client on Tuesday. We went there primarily to assess what are the various possibilites in which our system can organize their workflows and enhance their efficiency. till now we have identified two areas in which tBits can be implemented superbly. One is Knowledge management and the other is exception report management.
Once we give a fully configured demo to them (which wont require any efforts from the development team) i think we’re off and rolling!!!

well, i remember the officer concerned saying that library management is a part of the bigger Knowledge management. so that’s what they’ll be asking us eventually.
