Demo at the govt dept

Posted on March 24, 2007. Filed under: Uncategorized |

The concerned people in the governement department finally were convinced that tBits would be a solution to all their problems. They were mainly facing problem in handling of the various issues that they recieved from the citizens. The main issue was that they were not able to keep a track of all the issues and also there was no clear internal work flow management. There was no accountability in their department. Also there was no clear flow of communication between the concerned people. As a result some issues were sidelined and in some cases it was not known as to who was acting on it. The main aim of implementing the system at their place (for demo) is primarily for the following reasons:

  • Increased accountability
  • Well Managed Communication
  • Increase productivity
  • Prompt resolution of issues

Now we have installed the system and also given a demo to the concerened group there. Now lets see how well it will actually be implemented for live issues!!

Demo at the govt dept

I should say that we were quite lucky to meet the right people at the govt department. They are amongst the few people who want to steamline the processes with the use of technology. We gave them a small demo as to how does the system exactly work and how well can it be integrated with the system. They also gave us the list of their requirements that they wanted to incorporate in the tBits system. We  have started working on the same and would provide them with the modified version soon….

Experience at a govt dept

We visited a department of govt of A.P for the implementation of tBits. It was a different experience. They have a different organisational set up altogether. However unlike our general perception that all people dont work in govt offices, there are a few ppl who make a conscious effort for improving the system. They try to make the use of technology for making the system more efficient. We came to know that the major issue there is of accountability and tracking of the tasks to be done. Probably, thats the reason that they are keen to implement our software beacuse it does exactly all that. i should say that they were really imprsessd by our software. We have given a demo to the key memebers of the dept. The response was quite positive. Now let us c how thngs shape up……

Gotcha!!!

Posted on March 15, 2007. Filed under: Uncategorized, workflow management |

Had a meeting with a prestigious client on Tuesday. We went there primarily to assess what are the various possibilites in which our system can organize their workflows and enhance their efficiency. till now we have identified two areas in which tBits can be implemented superbly. One is Knowledge management and the other is exception report management.

Once we give a fully configured demo to them (which wont require any efforts from the development team) i think we’re off and rolling!!!
