The work environment is cool,informal and relaxing where employees get to come up with their own ideas,we are given full liberty to work in our own way and this definitely leads to having fun along with good learning during work.The directors are not our bosses but our friends,philosophers and guides with whom we do not mind cracking a silly joke or asking a stupid question anytime.Basically we never feel being forced to do any task but it all comes spontaneously and we enjoy working.it feels we are not employees of transbit but it is our company and we intend to take it to the heights it deserves.One day it will definitely reach there.What else can one ask for!

The best thing about Transbit Technologies that seperates it from the rest is it’s two directors. I have asked them or rather harrowed them with so many silly questions that would make a sage lose his control. but all my questions were answered beautifully…
